  • Daniel Carroll was an active member at the convention.
  • Even though he was ill he still came, but he didn't go to the early sessions.
  • Daniel was one of 2 catholic congress members to sign.
  • After the congress broke out he was the co-commissioner for the District of Columbia or Washington D.C. 1791-1795
