              • Birth- June 8th, 1748 in Baltimore County Maryland.
              • He was a delagate and a senator for Georgia.
              • Few sat on the states executive council, acted as state surveyor- general.
              • Willliam severed in Congress less then a year.
              • He participated in the Geogia convention in 1788 that ratified the document.
              • In 1776 he served in the militia as a lieutenant colonel.
              • During the American Revolution he was elected twice to start legislature.
              • Served in the general Assembly before being appointed a federal judge.
